Our Refund Policy
Hi, Welcome to Piece, platform that allows businesses, teams, and developers to buy and sell source code. Appians is a smart source code marketplace; the rules apply to all users equally, whether they are buyers or sellers.
Prior to making a refund request
If you are certain that any of the statements made on the product page are untrue, you should get in touch with the vendor and explain the issue in detail. You can go ahead and ask for a refund by getting in touch with Appians Support if the seller is unable or unwilling to resolve the problem.
Get a reimbursement from Appians Support.
You can request a refund via Appians Support if the seller is unable to resolve the problem. Please be aware that there is no reimbursement for the payment charge. The following list outlines the situations in which we would issue a refund and the seller would not receive payment for that specific sale:
The product does not function as intended, or the source code is absent.

A refund can be initiated by the buyer if the source code is corrupted, missing from the downloaded file, or does not function as indicated on the product page. The seller must update the product to resolve the problem. Appians support will give the buyer a refund and withhold the seller's compensation for that sale if no solutions are offered. If the product is deemed defective, Appians retains the right to take it off the market.
There is no product support available.
If the seller claims to provide help on the product page but fails to deliver on those promises, the consumer is entitled to a refund. We encourage you to keep all exchanges within the Appians platform by asking product assistance via the Purchase history tab, so that we can assist you with any concerns. You are not permitted to exchange personal contact information, since this may jeopardise your safety and prevent us from verifying your allegations. Support requests should not be excessive nor unfair to the seller. In cases of abuse against sellers, Appians may intervene to resolve the difficulties and serve as the case's judge.
Appians's dispute arbitration
When the buyer or seller contacts Appians and presents the supporting documentation for their claim, the Appians support team will look into the circumstances of the conflict. Based on all of the facts provided by both parties, we will reach a decision. The Appians team's decision is final and enforceable against both disputing parties.
The approval of your refund request
We're working hard to ensure that refund transactions go as smoothly as possible. Refunds may take a while to show up on your credit card balances, depending on how you paid. Refunds for purchases purchased with foreign payment methods may take longer to complete, although most refund claims are handled within seven days of acceptance.
